Return Policy
Returns
Please do not make unauthorized returns of merchandise: Packages
sent to us without a Return Authorization Number (R/A #) or in unacceptable
condition may be refused without opening or shipped back to
you at your expense.
Contact Brilliance Audio, Customer Service Department, 1-800-648-
2312 or 616-846-5256 for Return Authorization issued over the
phone, fax a request to 1-616-846-0630 or send a written request
attn: Sales Department. Please have the following information ready:
- Title and quantity of units to be returned.
- Name and account number.
- Reason for return.
Merchandise returned must be unused and in resalable condition, in
original packaging, with no price stickers, security tags, or other markings
and returned as follows:
- Packed with a maximum of 50 units per packing carton.
- Packed with a maximum of 40 lbs. per box.
- Preferably segregated by title.
- Our R/A# must be shown clearly on the outside of the shipping
container (preferably on the mailing label).
- Reference invoice number(s) and return authorization
number(s) on packing list or claim. Please include a
complete list of ISBN numbers and titles for all returns.
- Ship all returns prepaid to:

- Do not make deductions based on returns. We will process
your returns and credit your account. You will receive a credit
memo for your records.
- If merchandise is not in resalable condition it may either be
returned to you without credit, or kept and repackaged, with
your approval, at a cost of $1.50 per package.
- Title specific audio imprint going out-of-print will only be
accepted for return credit for 90 days beyond the announced
out-of-print date for the specific version.
