Stop Orders (Single Title Order Program)
STOP orders are available to fill special orders for just one unit for customers.
All Brilliance Audio imprints except all Library Edition imprints: 40% discount prepaid + $5.85 per item for shipping.
Freight Charges
F.O.B. Grand Haven. Shipped UPS or RPS unless specified by customer.
Brilliance Audio will pay regular freight charges on all orders totalling
a minimum of $500.00 at net cost.

Copyrighted Imprints for Retail Sales Only
All of our products are copyrighted, all rights retained. You may not
make copies, translate our recordings, or make them available in any
other form, digital or analog. You may not broadcast, stream, or download
parts or whole recordings. You may not separate the components
of each package or resell less than the entire product. Further, you may
not remove or alter our branding, copyright information, credits, or
trade dress, nor may you repackage or disassemble merchandise.
All of our retail imprints - Brilliance Audio Unabridged, Brilliance
Audio on CD, Bookcassette®, Nova Audio Books®, Brilliance Audio on MP3-CD - are for resale only
and not licensed for public play, rental, or use by public libraries.
Specifically licensed imprints (Library Editions) are available for resale
and/or use in rental programs/public libraries. By accepting our
“Retail Terms of Sale” and as a condition of each purchase, you are
agreeing to not rent, sell to others who rent, or resell our retail copyrighted
imprints for use in a public forum or public library. Were it not
for your agreement to honor these terms of sale, we would not make
merchandise available to you at the terms stated herein.
Retail Rental Store Terms
Retail Rental Store terms are available for the appropriate use of licensed
Library Edition products in repeated-use situations. Please contact your
Brilliance Audio sales representative for more information.
Terms
1% discount on payments received within 10 days of invoice date, net
30 days from invoice date. 2% discount allowed for orders prepaid by
check (call for exact amount, including freight). Payments must be
received on time to qualify for term discounts. Report invoice discrepancies
to Accounting Department, Brilliance Audio, 616-846-5256
within 20 days of invoice date. Discrepancies reported after 20 days
cannot be adjusted. Payment is in U.S. funds. New accounts must submit
a completed Brilliance Audio credit application.
Cooperative Advertising
Brilliance Audio will reimburse retailers up to 5% of the combined net
dollar amount of the retailer’s orders invoiced within the prior fiscal
year for ads or promotions run during the current fiscal year
(Brilliance’s fiscal year ends December 31). All cooperative advertising
or other promotional arrangements must be approved by Brilliance
Audio in advance. A signed contract must be received before ads or
promotions are run. If titles have been purchased from a wholesaler, a
copy of the wholesaler’s invoice must accompany any claims. Proof of
promotion must be received within sixty (60) days of its appearance.
Only accounts in good credit standing will be eligible for cooperative
allowances. Reimbursements will be made by credit only, and must be
issued by Brilliance Audio. For a detailed co-op policy and co-op contract,

Replacement Procedures
All Brilliance Audio imprints (except Library Editions):
Replacements are available for manufacturing defective products
up to six months from date of purchase; specify nature of
problem when requesting replacement; return of product will
be required.
Shipping Guarantees
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours of placement. Back orders will be
filled as soon as they are available. All merchandise ships UPS unless
otherwise specified.
